My research delves into unraveling the intricate connections between transposable elements (TEs) and plant reproduction, with a specific focus on understanding their biological functions and evolutionary dynamics within the Brassicaceae genome. I am particularly intrigued by the role of TEs in generating siRNA and influencing the binding sites of transcription factors.
