Abstract

The dynamic and combinatorial nature of histone post-translational modification renders their studying challenging. We established in plants a new method - named ChromID, that allows to map their location on the genome without the need of specific antibodies using genomics, to visualize and quantify them through live imaging, and to identify their protein interactome by in vivo biotin labeling followed by mass spectrometry.
